Ninja Funk Orchestra

Real-time audio-responsive lighting and projections combining Ableton Live, Cycling 74′ Max 6, Resolume Arena, Lemur for iPad, and an Enttec USB DMX Pro.

Custom-made Max 6 environment that analyzes audio from all the individual members of the band in real time and converts the results to Midi and DMX messages. The midi messages are routed to various levels and effects in Resolume Arena, which is in turn controlled by Ableton Live and Lemur for iPad. The DMX messages are then routed to the Enttec USB DMX Pro and venue lighting.

Love the site. The above video is fantastic. The written text in the intro section is very smart. Kept me up with what was being said and more engaged. The long section at the end with the heavy interaction between the bass is very hypnotic. Good stuff.
